hello all ... i am using lg shine for last 2 months.... here is my experience a lot of drop calls some time we don't even received calls it didn't even go to missed calls. some time when we tried to dial out it get dissconnected and some time by the luck phone is connected and talking to other party all of the sudden it got dissconnected and the party we were talking they got message saying please chek the number and dial again. what's up the lg shine ....and there is a other forum that i visit. have read lot of complaint about the lg shine. the major complaint is drop calls can't lg fix it ? rather then replacing the devices. can't they upgrade the firmwear or softwear why they can't look in to it ? its a one major problem in lg shine .....

i called customer support all they can do is reset the device or resending the signal again which is new registration thats all .. other option is called the warrenty support have them replce the device.... and i am with at&t what a bad services for 3g......
