I just bought the KE770 4 days ago and it froze once when I disconnected the USB and another time as i was playing music. Both times I took out the battery and put it back in and it restarted normally. Anyway I complained to the service center and they exchanged it for a new set but just a couple hours of use later, lo' and behold it froze again when I was listening to music. Is this a common problem with the KE770? And is there any permanent solution to the problem coz it's quite irritating! Would appreciate your help!

I have not heard of any problems that are known for this model it can be that you got another bad try to exchang it again and see what happens.
