Has anyone unlocked their CU720 for T-Mobile?

I just bought a CU720, but it's for AT&T (obviously) and it's still locked. I have T-Mo, and can't find the unlock code anywhere....

UPDATE: I finally got the unlock code to unlock my shine for T-mo...

Here's how i did it:

Went to the AT&T Wireless Support site and clicked on the Live Chat option, then once I was in the chat, just told the person I needed the unlock code for a Shine that wasn't under contract, and that I was never an AT&T customer, I just had an AT&T phone. I was very upfront. I told them the IMEI #, and after some time, they got back to me with my unlock code. Took maybe 15 minutes!

I'll post a guide on getting T-Mo Web ($5.99) working on the shine once I figure it out....

i had the same problem...i just called the at&t customer support and told them the at&t store told me that i could unlock my phone by calling them...this makes them think that im being legitimate and they know i didnt steal the phone or anything...i just complained a little bit about at&t and said that it shouldnt be that hard to unlock my phone for use...since i was upset,they were more willing to help me (i had called at&t a few days prior and just said i got my phone from a friend and needed it unlocked for t-mo and they wouldnt do it)...they gave me the unlock code...it was that easy...but then i had to register my phone with t-mo over the phone so that i have t-zones and the t-mo browser instead of the old at&t one,seeing as it would no longer work with my t-mo service...my phone hasnt had any problems at all! i hope it works out for you
